I still have heard nothing. I am unable to log in to the desktop app, so I am unable to edit or delete my posts.
On the other hand, I daily receive a plethora of fake subscribers using newsmaker identities, and dozens of men with the same face, and different fake names, who only follow and like women and proceed to try to get intimate. Tell me, how is this any different from Facebook, where the corporate policy is to send bots out as people and refuse to remove scammers posing as celebrities popping in and “liking” comments.
I'm regularly completely confused by my various substack subscriptions and why i'm constantly not logged in when following links from them, and lack of cohesive account session management across different creators. I'm getting 'subscribe' buttons on a stream i'm already subscribed to right now, while i'm actively logged in on another tab and have refreshed. Also, how is there EVER a subscribe option with no sign in option?
I had to change my email to a different email address which required a new handle. How do I sign-out on my iPad app, so I can sign-in back in with my new handle/email address?
It only brings me to my stuff in the app. On web, signed in it claims I have no activity. Nobody at helpdesk responds to my messages. I think it might be time to stop publishing since they do not respect us.

Could you please explain the reasoning behind not also providing an email/password login option that my password manager would just save.
It is so annoying to have to take all the steps via the email code.
Especially when it asks for a password and it takes 1/2 hour to get an email

Same here. I can’t log out on my iPad to use my current handle.
Same thing, when I go to email to receive the code to enter and ho back the page is gone and I am asked to subscribe again.
